Cancellation Policy

• As of May 2026, bi weekly cleaning that is canceled, if not rescheduled , and next visit is at next interval. Your monthly cleaning rate will be charged.

Payment Policy

• Payment is due DAY of service. Check, Cash, Venmo, Cash App. Credit Cards are accepted with an additional $10.00 processing fee.

Move Our Cleaning Information

• Move-Outs - we LOVE Them, they do take take time, so make sure to schedule in advance. One Time Cleaning Move-outs require a nonrefundable $75.00 deposit to hold your day.

Recurring Cleaning Information

• Let us take care of your home, help organize and more. You will be assigned a cleaning day, and you can count on us coming on that day always. If changes are needed, we will be sure to let you know. IF you need to move your day, we will work together to make it happen for our!

Service Areas

• Maid in Apex, cleans Soley in Apex, Holly Springs and some areas of Cary.

Pets

• We love your pets. IF they need to be let outside, please let us know. We don’t mind working around pets, however it is at the discretion of cleaning team if they are a distraction or disturbance to their cleaning. We will always work together with you for what is best for your fur Baby and cleaning you home.

• Yes, homes with pets do take more time, and wattant a bit more cost wise.
